"A few months after the clarity of coming on retreat, we founded Fxyer AI and landed a $10m seed round, led by Harry Stebbings and his 20VC fund. A lot can happen after a little time out."

The hardest reset you'll take

Designed for lasting impact, we have two nights in the rare, temperate rainforest to be able to do some intensive, focussed work away from the noise of the day-to-day.

The programme is designed as a mix of holistic self-development and business planning with one-on-one and group co-active coaching present the entire time.

An Exhale

Immersed in nature, we’ll begin with a collective exhale, shifting our nervous systems into rest and digest. You choose your activities: We’ll hike, we’ll wild swim, we’ll sweat it out in the sauna. Evenings are for fireside conversation, canopied by rainforest and stars. Our second night, we’ll sink into a sound bath. Mornings are for breath-work and movement to enter a place of deep rest and receptivity.

An Inhale

During the working part of the day, we'll stage extended working sessions, led by expert facilitators, curated around your professional, brand and venture development. This is deep, creative work, supported by the brilliance of others on retreat.

Breathe

Let great ideas spin from your soul. Return with plans and a group of people that will support you to implement what's next.

Be human in nature

Retreat & Rise Up is set in a sustainable, natural setting of a 4,000 year old temperate rainforest. A canopy of ancient rainforest above, a vast mycelial network below, this is the place where connections are forged, where the spark of something new – a brand, a journey, a vision – might just burst into glorious technicolour.

Stay

Sleep under the stars, retreating into the comfort of your Koyt cabin. Nestled in the wilds of the temperate rainforest, each cabin is fitted with a log burner and Atlantic blankets, providing comfort and warmth as you rest and restore.

Nourish

Mealtimes are an abundant spread of delicious and locally sourced food: Discover new food routines that fuel your body, mind and soul. We’ll gather around the table to nourish and to connect, sharing experience and ideas in the joy of good food and good company.

Feel the tingle of change

Change comes when the old way of being is no longer quite working. Maybe you are lucky enough to be “good busy”—when you’ve got your rhythm and there’s no room for any deviations. Then maybe this retreat isn't for you.

Or you've got that tingle to dream and expand horizons. That thrill, when you know you’re ready for what's next. This is exactly where you need to be.

Powered by And Rising (the team behind brands that have soared to £1.7bn+ in valuation), Retreat & Rise Up is a not-for-profit mission with a simple aim: Bring together the bold, the brilliant, and the boundary-pushers. Founders, marketers, dreamers, creators—if you’re building something new or shaping the future in your own way, you belong here.

Each cohort is handpicked, a blend of fresh thinkers and seasoned trailblazers, different industries, different stages, all sparking off each other. The result? Bigger ideas, deeper clarity, and the kind of inspiration that doesn’t fade when you step back into the real world.
