Welcoming a New Kind of Growth

If you're scaling a new brand for yourself, as a start-up, or within a large company, you'll know it requires a special kind of imagination and determination. Creating something where there was nothing before is one of the greatest and toughest challenges anyone will face. Success gravitates towards success.

We created Retreat & Rise Up to keep the odds in your favour, through a mix of rest, clarity and workshops. Set on a backdrop of nature, our aim is to give individuals the chance to step back from the day-to-day to connect with what's most important to them.

Our Retreats bring together groups of people at all stages of the journey to learn from one another, make new collaborations and emerge ready to go to the next level.

Take you and your brand to new heights

Unlike networking events or conferences, Retreat & Rise Up are privately staged and carefully designed to have a lasting impact.

Set in Nature's Boardroom

Set in the wilds of Cabilla, Cornwall, the backdrop for Retreat & Rise Up is a four thousand year old temperate rainforest. The forest is entirely undisturbed, no light pollution, no air pollution and no noise pollution. Science has proven that the air alone can reduce stress markers for up to two weeks.

Mind, Body and Brand

Staged over two-nights, activities include yoga by sunrise, hiking, wild swimming, saunas, and evenings by fireside under starry skies. Mixed in are breathwork and workshops designed to support areas of focus in your personal, brand or venture development.

Nourish, flourish

An exquisite menu is specially prepared for each meal time whilst on retreat. Breaking bread around meal times is a special part of enabling discussions and creating connections. Any specific food requirements can, of course, be accomodated.

Creating Connection

Retreat & Rise Up runs just four retreats per year with a maximum of 15 people per retreat. The dates for 2024 are:

Late Spring | 20th-22nd May
Solstice | 24th-26th June
Late Summer | 16-18th September
Equinox | 23-25th September

New Collaborations

Retreat & Rise Up is primarily for founders and marketers building innovative new brands but we welcome leaders making a difference in their chosen field. We also invite investors if their fund thesis aligns with the programme. We carefully curate each cohort to mix up different experiences and stages of the journey in the most supportive way possible.

Rest in one of these

Sleep soundly under the stars, or take a moment to yourself to journal, reflect and relax. Luxury cabins provide an inside-out view, preserving the connection between you and nature whilst a log burner and Atlantic blankets provide comfort and warmth.
