Feel the tingle of change

Change comes when the old way of being is no longer quite working. Maybe you’re lucky enough to be “good busy”. You’ve got your rhythm, there’s no room for any deviations. Well, this retreat might not be for you.

But maybe you’ve got that tingling feeling. That thrill, when you know you’re ready for new ideas. Then this is exactly where you need to be.

Be human in nature

A canopy of ancient rainforest above, a vast mycelial network below, this is the place where connections are forged, where the spark of something new – a brand, a journey, a vision – might just burst into glorious technicolour.

Stay

Sleep under the stars, retreating into the comfort of your luxury Koyt cabin. Nestled in the wilds of the temperate rainforest, each cabin is fitted with a log burner and Atlantic blankets, providing comfort and warmth as you rest and restore.

Nourish

Mealtimes are an abundant spread of delicious and locally sourced food: Discover new food routines that fuel your body, mind and soul. We’ll gather around the table to nourish and to connect, sharing experience and ideas in the joy of good food and good company.

Zero trust falls required

Forget what you know of networking events or conferences. We have three days, two nights in the rare, temperate rainforest of Cabilla Cornwall. Both the environment and the programme have been developed for lasting impact.

An Inhale

It’s here that we’ll begin our workshops, led by And Rising’s expert facilitators, curated around your personal, brand and venture development. This is deep, creative work, zero trust falls required.

An Exhale

Immersed in nature, we’ll begin with a collective exhale, shifting our nervous systems into rest and digest. We’ll hike, we’ll wild swim, we’ll sweat it out in the sauna. Evenings are for fireside conversation, canopied by rainforest and stars. Our second night, we’ll sink into a sound bath. Mornings are for yoga, a juicy combination of breath-work and movement to enter a place of deep rest and receptivity.

Breathe

Let great ideas spin from your heart.

"I'd never been on a retreat before, but I will never look back. If you at the beginning or end of a chapter, or just want to try something new, I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I've never done a Retreat before, does it matter?

Not at all. This retreat is for you if you are at a point where you’re ready to meet change and channel creative energy, no prior experience required. Come with your mind open, we’ll do the rest.

Will I be offline the whole time?

High speed wi-fi is available throughout the retreat should you need to pick up anything urgently or to stay in touch with friends and family. Obviously, we encourage you to try to spend as much time away from the pressures of the day-to-day as possible. We find that most attendees really prefer to stay off-line.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand plans can change. Payment for the retreat is required in full at least one month before attending and is non-refundable. If you do need to cancel, we will endeavour to fill your place, in which case we are happy to either refund you in part or in full.
